Variety is the key to motivation and success. Random Abs was built around this idea. We generate a new ab routine each day from a large pool of exercises. Which exercises, the quantity of exercises, the reps for each exercise, AND the number of sets varies in each routine.

Just did a little database config change so things can be even more zippy! Why wait two fractions of a second when you should only have to wait one? Also laid some foundations for the next, new features that will come along :)

Making some small tweaks after our ground up rebuild! Fixed a bug related to logging out. Also added the text of "per side" on cards for side exercises like the Side Plank, Side Crunch, etc. There is one card for the exercise but some people were confused if they should do one side for that card and then see another card for the other side. We'll get to that version in a future release, but for now, this will help remove that confusion.

- Accounts are still free, of course, but you don't need one to use Random Abs.
- Much more beautiful and sleek.
- No longer requires network to run after initial launch, so you can enjoy your routines anywhere.
- Launching the app gets right down to business with Today's Routine and does not take you to a login screen first.
- Use Random Abs without an account to a logged in account without losing your activity history!! This means you can use it free however long you like and then, if you wish to have your activity backed up to the cloud for safety and/or changing devices, your activity will migrate when you log in.
